How do I register?

Simply, go to the "Sign In" section and type your e-mail address. Click on "Register" and that will take you to the registration page, wherein you can submit the relevant information. This information will be fed in your account for future.

 

Is registration mandatory to shop?

We recommend you to register in order to track your order and get all the necessary details related to your account. In case you are looking for a quick process then you can simply add products to your cart and Checkout as a Guest by entering your e-mail address or using your Facebook or Google Plus account details.

 

What is Quick View?

Liked a product and quickly wanted to buy ? Just click at the Quick View option, Enter your registered e-mail address, your shipping and payment details at the same page and "Confirm" the order. Here is what you can do later to access your account online.
1. Click on "Sign in" on our website
2. Enter your registered e-mail address (used above) 
3. Click on forgot password
4. The link will be sent to your registered e-mail id (Active for 2 hours) 
5. Enter a new password and confirm
6. Login now and use your account to check the status of your order online

Note : You can only change your name of the account and contact number

 

What do I do if I forget my password? How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? Resetting it is very simple - just enter your e-mail address in the "Sign In" tab and click on "Forgot Password". Your password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.The password link sent on the e-mail will be active for only 2 hours.

How do I login to Your Site?

You can go to "Sign In". Enter your e-mail address and password and click to "Sign in".

 

What is Account Summary?

Account Summary under "My Account" covers all the relevant information about your account like Orders, Credits, Profile information, Gift vouchers, etc.

 

What are privacy settings?

You can control your Facebook Connect and Collection Dasboard settings using this option.

Where do I get my Invoice?

You can retrieve the invoice for all your complete orders from "My Orders". Go to the order for which you need an invoice. Click on the small invoice icon on the right hand corner of that particular order. Wait for few secs for the invoice to download and then open the file.

 

What is "Products I love"?

This section contains all the products you have loved by clicking the Heart smiley given on each product page.

 

How do I purchase something if I live outside India?

We are currently not servicing orders outside of India.
